Annual Security Report
RCC publishes an Annual Security Report (ASR) each year by October 1 in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

Daily Crime Log
The Daily Crime Log provides information about crimes reported to Campus Security across RCC campuses. The online log includes incidents reported within the most recent 60 days. Information older than 60 days is available upon request.
Campus Security Authorities
Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) are designated RCC employees who have significant responsibility for student and campus activities and are responsible for reporting crimes disclosed to them for Clery Act compliance purposes.
When a CSA receives information about a crime that may have occurred on Clery geography, the information must be reported promptly to Campus Security. CSAs are not responsible for determining whether a crime occurred or conducting an investigation.

Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act
RCC publishes a biennial report in compliance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act.

Registered Sex Offenders
In accordance with the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act, information regarding registered sex offenders may be obtained through the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registry.

Trespass Warning
Under Oregon law, RCC Campus Security Officers may issue trespass warnings to help maintain a safe campus environment.
Reasons for a trespass warning may include:
- Criminal activity.
- Policy violations.
- Threatening or disruptive behavior.
- Safety concerns involving people or property.
A trespass warning informs an individual that they are not authorized to return to RCC property and may be subject to arrest for criminal trespass if they return.
Appeal a Trespass Warning
Individuals may appeal a trespass warning by submitting a written request to the Director of Risk Management.
