Student employees may work up to 20 hours per week during the term. Positions are classified as Level 1 or Level 2 based on the skills required, with hourly pay starting at $15.55.

Work-Study
Work-Study is a type of financial aid that some students qualify for. If you receive Work-Study, you earn that aid by working an on-campus job each term. Unlike grants or loans, Work-Study funds are paid to you directly each month — and the amount depends on how many hours you work.
You do not need to qualify for Work-Study to work on campus. If you are hired as a student employee but don't have Work-Study, RCC pays you directly. Work-Study simply won't appear on your award offer.
