About Tuition & Fees

RCC charges tuition per credit hour, so you only pay for the classes you take. In-state students from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California and Nevada all qualify for the same low rate. Additional universal fees support campus technology, student services and resources that directly benefit your education.

*Universal Fee: A fee charged to all students supporting activities and incidental costs such as, student printing, student government, transportation, athletics, class supplies, facility rental, facility maintenance and debt service.

Fees

At RCC, we have a transparent fee structure designed to support essential student services and program-specific needs. All students pay a universal fee of $24 per credit (maximum $360 per term) that covers technology, student services and campus resources. Some programs have additional lab or materials fees.
