College can be especially challenging when you’re dealing with addiction or working
on your recovery, and you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re struggling with alcohol,
drugs, food, technology, gambling or other addictive behaviors, support is available
at RCC.
The Counseling Department is here to help. You can schedule an appointment with a mental health counselor who will work with you to build stability, support your recovery and move forward at your own pace. When helpful, we can also connect you with trusted resources in the community.
Reaching out is a strong first step, and we’re here when you’re ready.
