One Name, Three Programs
TRIO programs at Rogue Community College are federally funded programs designed to support students who face barriers to higher education. TRIO serves low-income individuals, first-generation college students, veterans and students with disabilities, offering guidance and support from middle school through college completion.
RCC is the grant holder for three TRIO programs. Each program serves students at different stages of their education and focuses on helping you move forward.
Who It’s For:
Adults who want to attend college but need help getting started.
TRIO EOC supports you as you take your first steps toward college enrollment and financial aid.
You can receive one-on-one help with:
- College admission applications.
- Financial aid forms such as FAFSA, scholarships and student loans.
- Placement Process.
- Introduction to college culture and processes.
- Class registration.

Who It’s For:
Middle and High School students in select Jackson County schools.
ETS offers fun and educational opportunities that help you succeed in school, explore careers and plan for after graduation, including:
- Field trips and hands-on learning experiences.
- College campus visits.
- College admission and financial aid assistance.
- Course selection and academic advising.
- Workshops on career exploration and education options after high school.
- Scholarship search and application support.
- Online tutoring.
- Dual-credit resources so you can earn college credit while in high school.

Current RCC students planning to earn an associate degree and transfer to a four-year university.
TRIOSSS provides ongoing support to help you stay on track academically and prepare for university transfer.
Services include:
- Admissions, scholarships, and financial aid assistance.
- Academic tutoring.
- Academic and transfer advising.
- University visits.
