The TRIO EOC at Rogue Community College helps high school seniors, adults and veterans in Jackson and Josephine counties explore and enroll in education after high school. Whether you are considering college for the first time, returning after a break or exploring training options, TRIO EOC can help you take the next step.

All services are free, and support is provided one on one. We look forward to working with you.

How TRIO EOC Can Help You

TRIO EOC provides personalized assistance with many steps involved in starting or continuing your education, including:

  • College or trade school admission applications. 
  • The Placement Process.
  • Class registration. 
  • Financial aid forms, including FAFSA, scholarships, student loans and appeals. 
  • Help with applying for Oregon Promise Grant
  • Connections to GED® or English as a Second Language programs. 
  • Support for student loan default issues. 
  • Understanding what it takes to succeed as a college student.

Program Eligibility

TRIO EOC serves individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A United States citizen or eligible non‑citizen. 
  • A resident of Jackson or Josephine Counties. 
  • An adult or high school senior who is not participating in a TRIO Talent Search program.
  • Interested in enrolling in college and willing to complete an EOC participation form.
