Limited Maintenance Electricians install, maintain and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings. They work on motors, control equipment, lighting and power distribution to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently. The Limited Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Program at Rogue Community College provides hands-on training and classroom instruction to prepare apprentices for careers maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems within manufacturing plants, institutions and large buildings without performing full-scale installations.

Program Highlights

The Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) Apprenticeship Program takes approximately two (2) years to complete and combines more than 4,000 hours of on-the-job training with 288 hours of classroom instruction.
