Starting an apprenticeship can feel like a big step, but you do not have to figure it out on your own. RCC’s apprenticeship programs are designed to be clear and supportive, with guidance available at every stage. To begin, you will apply directly to the Apprenticeship Program by following the steps on the Application Process page. If you have questions or want help along the way, the RCC Apprenticeships Office is here to support you — from checking eligibility to understanding what comes next.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be currently employed by an approved training agent.
- Have completed a minimum of 500 hours of employment with the approved training agent and selected by the training agent for apprenticeship.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma, GED® certificate, or a state-recognized equivalent.
- Provide documentation verifying that you meet all minimum requirements, including a letter from the approved training agent confirming your current employment, completion of at least 500 hours of employment, and selection for apprenticeship.
