Thank you for your interest in employment with Rogue Community College. This Applicant Guide provides step‑by‑step information to help you successfully complete the application process and receive full consideration for posted positions.
RCC uses NEOED, an online job application system, for all employment opportunities. All applicants must complete and submit their application through this system. Only applications submitted through NEOED will be considered.
Applicants may be required to create a unique login and password to access the system. Once logged in, applicants can search for open positions, create and save an application, track application status and apply for additional postings using saved information.
Email is the primary method of communication throughout the hiring process. You will receive system‑generated email notifications regarding application status, next steps and updates. It is important to monitor email regularly and ensure contact information remains current.
Please note that applications cannot be modified after submission, so be sure all information is accurate and all required documents are attached.
After submitting your application, you will see a confirmation page and can log in at any time to check your application status.
Carefully review the position requirements before applying and provide complete, accurate information. A resume or attachments may supplement your application but do not replace required fields. Only applicants who clearly demonstrate they meet the minimum qualifications will move forward in the process.

- Internal applicants must submit a complete application and required materials. Employee files are not forwarded to search committees or hiring managers.
- Dates of employment and hours worked: Include start and end dates and average hours worked per week for each position. This information is required to determine if you meet minimum experience requirements. If your schedule varied, provide an average (e.g., 10-30 hours/week = 20 hours/week). Applications without this information may not be considered.
- Duties and responsibilities: Clearly describe your responsibilities and accomplishments for each role. Highlight experience, knowledge and skills, and show how your background meets the job requirements.
- If your documents are not saved electronically and you do not have access to a scanner, please contact Human Resources for assistance. HR can scan your documents and email them to you so you can upload them with your application.
