Transfer Requirements & Support

As you plan your transfer, keep the following requirements and support resources in mind:

World Language Requirement

Transferring to a four-year school? If you plan to apply for transfer to a public university in Oregon, you must meet a world language requirement. You can meet this requirement by completing two years of the same world language in high school or two college-level terms. RCC offers courses in Spanish, French and American Sign Language (ASL).

TRIO Transfer Support

RCC’s TRIO Student Support Services (TRIOSSS) program can help you successfully complete your degree and prepare to transfer. TRIOSSS provides personalized support with academic planning, transfer preparation, scholarship searches, tutoring and career exploration.
