Ready to start a career in property management? RCC offers the training you need — including preparation for Oregon State certification.
Property managers oversee day‑to‑day operations for residential or commercial properties, managing tenants, maintenance, budgets and more.
You can finish your training in just seven weeks. This hybrid course combines live
lectures with online study to meet Oregon’s 60‑hour licensing requirement. Taught
by a licensed property manager, the class prepares you for the state exam and is certified
by the OREA.
Note: The state exam is not included in the course.
Program Highlights
This informative class will cover all the bases of property management, including:
- Tenant Management: Learn how to find and screen tenants, handle leases, and support positive tenant relationships.
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and upkeep to keep properties safe, functional and attractive.
